Catheryn is a Gender Consultant on the Global Report on Women in Tourism (UNWTO, UN Women, World Bank, GIS, Amadeus).

She serves on the advisory board of the International Tourism and Investment Conference as a gender expert, is the founder of Women Academics in Tourism (WAiT).
