The Global Tourism Resilience and Crisis Management Centre (GTRCMC) is proud to host in partnership with International Tourism and Investment Conference (ITIC) and the Resilience Council, The Global Tourism Resilience Forum on Thursday 17 February 2022. The theme of the Forum will be “Accelerating Recovery through Resilience and Investment”. It will seek to foster a global collaboration among governments, thought leaders and industry experts to enhance tourism resilience through innovative solutions, culminating in the official launch of the “Global Tourism Resilience Day”. His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta, President of Kenya and The Most Honourable Andrew Holness, Prime Minister of Jamaica will address the audience virtually.
The panel discussions will be as follows:- Ministerial Panel: Enabling resilience and sustainability to accelerate the recovery of the global tourism industry
- Tourism Business and Investment: Building resilience to attract investments in the global tourism industry – The new challenges and issues
- How women are contributing to transforming the global tourism industry and increasing its resilience?
